- Expertise in the development of data migration strategies
- Expertise in project management, data conversions, data warehousing, and reports design, development, and implementation
- Expertise with the following tools and languages : SQL, PL / SQL, SQL
- Plus, SQL
- Loader, Unix shell scripts, Parallel Query, Unix, Java, Pro
- C, TOAD, SQL Developer, Data Integrator, Warehouse Builder, Business Objects, Agile, jDeveloper, Discoverer, Developer, Cognos reports development, Microsoft Power BI
- Expertise with the Meter to Cashflow Lifecycle, Meter Data Management, Operational Device Management (ODM), Work and Asset Management (WAM), SharePoint, SVN, Azure DevOps
- Database expertise
- Develop PL / SQL scripts to transform CIS data to CIS schema per the defined mapping rules
- Develop controls / balancing reports to reconcile records in source and target databases
- Develop validation SQLs to verify the integrity of the transformed data
- Develop ad-hoc data repair SQLs to resolve data conversion errors
- Use CIS toolkit to generate the CIS keys and perform CIS validations
- Use CIS Config Tools for data migration
- Prepare sandbox environment
- Strong experience (10 years) in developing PL / SQL procedures
- 10 years’ utility experience, preferably in the water and gas sectors
- 10 years’ experience with data conversion / mapping for complex systems
- Expert with CIS data model
- Expert knowledge of CIS data conversion tool kit
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work as a team member
- Intermediate – expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Projects, and Teams
