• Research, design, develop, edit, and maintain instructional content via multiple
modalities consistent with adult learning principles
• Develop learning experiences and programs with well-defined learning
objectives that are aligned with business performance goals
• Lead and coach other learning team members on instructional design
approaches
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders at all levels and
disciplines to develop educational content
• Engage project team and stakeholders to define training program/project goals
and objectives, complete audience analysis, and obtain approval of final training
deliverables
• Provide project management for training initiatives that are small-to-large scale
and/or small-to-large scope in complexity
• Review evaluation data to assess the effectiveness of training programs and
implement recommendations for improvements
• Conduct train-the-trainer classes, super-user classes, and/or end-user classes as
needed
• Develop communication strategies for training programs
• Develop and execute training plans aligned with organizational initiatives and
business performance goals
• Combine instructional design principles, advanced adult-learning theory, and
technology to design and develop innovative solutions for training projects

REQUIREMENTS
1. 10 years’ experience in training design and development with minimal 5 years
of leading instructional design efforts, creating various training curriculums,
programs, and materials
2. Degree in Instructional Systems, Instructional Design, Learning and
Development, Education or related field of study is required
3. Advanced technical proficiency with eLearning content authoring tools (e.g.,
Articulate 360 suite, Adobe Captivate) and learning management systems
(LMS)
4. Demonstrated experience leading training projects from inception to
completion with minimal supervision
5. Demonstrated expert application and understanding of instructional design,
adult learning principles, learning methodologies, and organizational
development techniques
6. Proven ability to lead projects, maintain a strong sense of team collaboration,
and meet deadlines in a dynamic consulting environment subject to
impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
7. Working knowledge of eLearning content authoring tools and processes
8. Demonstrated and proven organizational, problem solving, analytical, and
project management skills
9. Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in writing original
content and editing legacy materials
10. Technical writing experience is preferred
11. Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite, Teams, and Forms
