Education and Experience (One of the following combinations required)

- Minimum three months of professional childcare experience
Intermediate Early Childhood Professionals (6 months experience):
- Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or closely related field
- Minimum six months of professional childcare experience
Entry-Level Early Childhood Professionals (12 months experience):
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of at least 3 credit hours in early childhood education
- Minimum twelve months of professional childcare experience
Essential Skills and Attributes
Language and Communication:
- Fluent bilingual abilities in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
