Job Summary

The Analyst will participate as a member of the group and will engage in projects such as team valuation, strategic and financial advisory, execution of debt and equity-related assignments and new business origination.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties (but not limited to) :

• Financial analysis and preparing financial models
• Investment and financial return analyses
• Compiling, reviewing, and indexing due diligence materials
• Coordinating processes related to a financing or sale
• Assisting in preparation of offering memoranda and client proposals
• Credit analysis and portfolio monitoring
• Industry research
