Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Glass Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and replacement of automotive glass, ensuring that all work meets safety standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various power tools, as well as familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
Responsibilities
- Perform installation and replacement of automotive glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows.
- Utilize power tools and equipment to safely remove damaged glass and install new glass.
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess the condition of existing glass and identify necessary repairs.
- Ensure proper sealing techniques are used to prevent leaks and ensure structural integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding services performed.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed on each vehicle, including any additional repairs or maintenance needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology, particularly related to ADAS.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use various hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.

Pay: $24.91 - $29.92 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
