POSITION TITLE: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER, RETAIL & ONLINE
POSITION DUTIES: Manage the Company's sales efforts, retail and online sales through company's Management System. Develop new business with clients, brokers and distributors. Manage client relations with Retail Corporate Management. Maintain existing relationship with clients, brokers and distributors. Coordinate new products development. Prepare internal reports and follow-up reports.
This position reports virtually to the headquarters; may live anywhere in the United States.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT: High School or foreign equivalent
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT: 12 months of experience in Sales, marketing, business development, market research position, in the international food industry, or closely related position
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to prospect, make presentations and close sales for branded and private label program through tools such as Dynamics, and BI.
- Ability to Build customer forecast, customer finance and 5-year customer business plans.
- Ability to Build market studies and deploy E-commerce strategy.
This position reports virtually to the headquarters; may live anywhere in the United States.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: This position requires some domestic travel to the U.S. Midwest area to visit clients and attend trade shows, 2 to 3 times per quarter for a few days each as assigned.
RATE OF PAY: $90,875.00 to $95,000.00/year
HOURS: 40 hours/week. 8.30 am to 5 pm
