- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards

- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the maintenance or construction industry
- Basic knowledge of Maintenance or construction coordination and management principles
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Understanding of project scheduling
- Leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
