What You’ll Do
As a Store Manager, you’ll wear many hats to keep the store running like a well-oiled machine! Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
Sales Management:
- Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets and objectives.
- Implement innovative sales strategies through the Galaxy Sales Path Process.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and targeted training to boost team performance.
- Analyze market trends and sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Execute marketing strategies, from Facebook campaigns to local guerilla marketing.
Operational Oversight:
- Ensure seamless daily store operations while enforcing company policies.
- Monitor and improve KPIs, from customer satisfaction to sales performance.
- Host morning huddles to kickstart productive and goal-focused days.
Warehouse & Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy.
- Oversee product receipt, distribution, and regular inventory audits.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Lead the charge in delivering top-tier customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, onboard, and train top talent to create a collaborative, high-performing team.
- Conduct performance reviews and cultivate a positive work environment.
Financial & Facility Management:
- Manage the store budget and monitor financial KPIs to drive profitability.
- Ensure the store is safe, clean, and inviting for both customers and employees.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Contribute to the company’s strategic goals and represent the store at key meetings.
- Align store operations with overall business strategy and vision.
