Job Description:
We need an automation engineer with python expertise to develop, execute and maintain tests.
Skills
Python development
Automation development and maintenance
Debugging skills
Strong communication skills
Must-haves for Automation Engineer
Proficient in Python
2 years of experience on automation development in Python
Excellent debugging skills
Experience with macOS, unix command line tools
Preferred for Automation Engineer
IT experience for lab management, system or network administration experience
Mechanical/Electrical assembly hands on experience
Knowledge of SQL for handling data related to automation processes
Experience developing and implementing reporting pipelines and visualization for sharing test results
Success Criteria/Definition of Done
Own execution of test areas and do real time debugging to unblock the tests
All defect reports are written clearly with all applicable logs, timestamps, screenshots, etc. as required.
All experiments in the queue are performed in a timely manner.
Communication with the team is clear, effective and timely.
