Job Description:
ServiceNow Consultant/Architect
Must-Have:
1) 8-10 years of experience as a Solution consultant/architect in ServiceNow working with Enterprise and Strategic Customers
2) Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
3) Ability to Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends
4) Lead discovery workshops to determine customers' challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs.
5) Conduct research to identify topics that resonate with the Customers and thereby develop solutions.
6) Guide customers into deeper adoption of Professional and Enterprise Solutions, helping to reduce backlog and accelerating time to value.
7) Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and ServiceNow colleagues
Good-to-Have:
1) ServiceNow in-depth product knowledge is required.
2) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations
3) Create detailed technical designs that align with the client's short- and long-term needs and leverage the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform and integrations with third-party technologies effectively.
4) Bring thought-leadership and consultative approach to the customers and lead the client to informed architectural sound solutions.
5) Serve as the expert advisor to clients, partners, and project teams, leading solutioning sessions, shared understanding, and building a bridge between disparate organizations through your technical expertise and leadership
Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
1) 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture and at least 5 years of ServiceNow Product experience.
2) Experience in ServiceNow Solution Architecture, work with Sales/Solutions and OEM to jointly develop solutions and strategy
3) Develop a comprehensive thought leadership strategy with ServiceNow at the core and aligned with Business objectives and Industry trends for the customer
4) Collaborate with ISU/BG and ServiceNow delivery organization to drive the growth strategy for ISU/Account.
5) Create solution collaterals, collaborate with relevant teams.
