Responsibilities:

A Senior DevOps Lead responsible for leading and overseeing a team of DevOps engineers, driving the strategic direction of DevOps practices within an organization, including designing and implementing automated deployment pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, ensuring system stability and performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, all while aligning DevOps initiatives with overall business objectives.



Key Qualifications

Strong experience on DevOps using AWS, EKS, IAM, S3, Kubernetes, Kustomize, Flux, Crossplane, CRDs, Python, Github, Kafka, Linux, Trino

DevOps experience pertaining to data platform aspects in this regard, associate should have experience and understanding of how Apache services integrate and works (using Kafka, Trino, Superset, Airflow, Spark, Jupyter notebook, Ranger)

Proficient in Python coding.

Good experience with AWS and Kubernetes.

Good experience using GitHub



Key Skills and Responsibilities:

Deep understanding of DevOps principles and practices

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, assigning tasks, providing technical guidance, and fostering collaboration.

Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS)

Experience with Data Platforms is a plus.

Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)

Strong knowledge of system monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Datadog etc.)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth releases and integration.

Automate and streamline operations and processes, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Oversee monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting across all systems.

Ensuring the security, stability, and integrity of data and services through monitoring, troubleshooting, and system updates

Managing deployed DevOps Tools and Technologies.

Creating and maintaining suitable tracking dashboards and metrics to measure performance.
