Job Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Middleware tools ? IBM MQ, IBM ACE, IBM Datapower and OpenShift 4.x
- Experience in Installation of IBM MQ on All midrange servers ( Linux, AIX and Windows )
- Experience in onboarding message integrations and cluster configurations.
- Must have working experience in administering the Redhat OpenShift/Kubernetes.
- Responsible for supporting and deploying applications to use Messaging routes.
- Strong troubleshooting skills is must.
- Problem resolution skills with MQ Product logs along with Queue manager logs
- Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
- Good knowledge on SSL configurations & certificate renewals.
- Good experience on Linux & Windows platforms with scripting knowledge.
- Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
- Flexible to work in shifts & be on-call support.
- Flexible to work in shifts & be on-call support & Resolving P1 / P2 issues as per SLA.
- Must have a technical ability to develop solutions in coordination with apps and Business technology teams.
- Good to have experience on middleware tools: Openshift, Datapower & MuleSoft.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent major)
- 10-14 yrs of Admin experience in IBM MQ, IBM App Connect
- Handling deployment, configurations, and Integration with IBM MQ.
- Strong Troubleshooting Skills
- Good experience using Linux/Unix and Windows platforms with scripting.
- Familiarity with Source Code Management
- Communication Skills and ability to ask questions- General communication and analytical skills (non-technical).
