Requirements
- Experience in use and in-depth knowledge of Apple iPhone devices
- Experience with iOS and iOS-based mobile apps
- Experience with Mac OS, Apple iTunes and Configurator software
- Experience providing user support and user training
- Great customer relationship skills and user-centric focus
- Experience working in teams and large deployment projects
- Experience working in corporate environments
- Experience using Excel and basic Microsoft Office software
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Receive and unpackage new iPhones and accessories
- Prepare and label iPhones with asset tracking ID’s
- Configure devices to corporate standard
- Help users to follow instructions and move data from current iPhone devices
- Help users to follow the instructions and setup their new iPhone devices
- Make sure users install and properly configure all mandatory mobile applications
- Transfer users authorized two-factor authentication to new device
- Provide first time user training
- Update inventory and tasks in the ticketing system ServiceNow
- Securely wipe old devices of all data
- Perform QA check on inventory exchanges
- Box old equipment
- Deliver old equipment to shipping vendor

- Critical and Analytical Thinker
- Prior experience working with iOS devices & strong knowledge of iOS devices: Someone that has experience working with iOS devices and iPhone Deployment in support/training environment are preferred such as Genius Bar (Apple), Cell Phone Stores, or Geek Squad (Best Buy). New graduates or individuals with experience in help-desk environments that have worked with mobile devices and support.

- The anticipated contract will be about 17 weeks – 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with core hours of 9:00 – 5:30pm.
- Holidays – will be closed on the Thursday, Friday on the week of Thanksgiving, and closed the week of Christmas from Christmas – New Years. Consultants will not be paid during the time when closed since there will no work.
- Transportation – There is no parking, but the location is easily accessible by the Metro. If one chooses to drive/park, there are parking garages around the building
