Job Title: Workday Integration Developer (Recruiting Module)

Location: Chicago, IL; Richmond, VA, Kennesaw, GA (2 days remote)

Duration: 12-24 months

Rate (Hourly): Kennesaw, GA & Richmond, VA: $70.23 W2; Chicago, IL: $ 73.68 W2 Benefit 401K H1B Visa sponsorship relo weekly paid

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Integrations: Design, build, and implement complex integrations using Workday Studio to connect the Workday Recruiting module with external systems (e.g., ATS, onboarding, background check services). Handle data mapping and workflows, ensuring accurate and seamless data flow for recruiting processes.
• End-to-End System Integration Testing (SIT): Perform comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify that all components of the Workday Recruiting module, including standard functionalities and custom configurations (e.g., candidate tracking, interview scheduling), function as expected in a unified environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR and recruitment teams to understand requirements for integration with external recruiting tools and ensure alignment with organizational hiring processes.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday Studio, data mapping, debugging and workflow management, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient system connectivity.
• Expertise in integration technologies, APIs, data mapping, Workday integration tools, and troubleshooting.
• Experience using Postman with Workday Studio.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Workday Studio Expertise: Strong experience in designing, building, and implementing integrations using Workday Studio, specifically for the Workday Recruiting module.
• Workday Recruiting Expertise: Extensive experience with the Workday Recruiting module, including its functionalities and integration capabilities, ensuring effective utilization and connectivity with external systems.
• Integration Technologies and APIs: Deep knowledge of integration technologies (such as REST, SOAP, etc.) and APIs. Ability to work with third-party recruiting systems and connect them to Workday.
• Data Mapping and Workflow Management: Experience in data mapping between the Workday Recruiting module and external systems, ensuring accurate data flow throughout the recruitment process. Strong understanding of workflow management within Workday and external recruiting systems.
• System Integration Testing (SIT): Proven ability to perform end-to-end system integration testing to validate functionality and custom configurations related to the Workday Recruiting module.
