Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Housekeeper to join our hotel at Santa Rosa North. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. This position requires a bilingual individual (English and Spanish) to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele and team members.

.Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to hotel standards.

• Replace bed linens, towels, and other room items efficiently and professionally.

• Report any damages or issues in the rooms to management.

• Ensure rooms are fully prepared and well-stocked for guests.

• Perform cleaning duties in common areas and other places as needed.

• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.

• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment, linens, and supplies.

• Must be flexible with hours, including weekends and holidays.
