Description

The Security Guard at Park Inn by Radisson Las Vegas is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and property. This role requires a vigilant and proactive approach to prevent theft, vandalism, and other safety hazards. The Security Guard will monitor surveillance systems, conduct regular patrols, and respond to emergencies as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent unauthorized activity.

• Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.

• Ensure the safety of guests and staff through proactive security measures.

• Inspect the property for potential hazards or security breaches.

• Provide assistance to guests and staff as needed, maintaining a helpful and professional demeanor.

• Monitor CCTV and security systems for irregularities.

• Document incidents, accidents, and irregularities in detailed reports.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.

• Enforce hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous security experience preferred.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stressful situations.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Must be able to pass background checks and meet physical requirements.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position with varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during shifts.
