We offer 4 uniquely decorated rectangular-shaped rooms that make us the ideal choice for elegant wedding celebrations, business conferences, corporate events, meetings, and seminars. Each room can be combined or separated depending on the size of the function. Starlit and cloud-scaped ceilings complement the elegant décor to provide an enchanting atmosphere for any event.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Banquet Houseman to join our team. The Banquet Houseman plays a critical role in ensuring the success of events by setting up, maintaining, and breaking down banquet spaces according to event specifications. This behind-the-scenes position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork to create a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Room Setup and Breakdown:
- Arrange tables, chairs, stages, etc. according to event layouts and client specifications.
- Ensure event space is clean and tidy.
- Post-Event Cleanup:
- Break down and clean banquet spaces, returning equipment and furniture to storage.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Coordination:
- Collaborate with event managers and banquet staff to meet event timelines and expectations.
- Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to the appropriate department.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures when handling equipment and materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in event setup, hospitality, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to [50-75 pounds]) and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
