Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks and snacks.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies, reporting shortages as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support food preparation and catering needs when applicable.
- Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and menu changes to enhance guest experiences.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest interactions.
- Experience in food service or hotel environments is a plus, particularly in roles involving food handling or culinary tasks.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests.
