- Manage guest reservations, including modifications and cancellations, while maintaining accurate records in our reservation application.
- Provide information about restaurant amenities, services, local attractions, and events to enhance the guest experience.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and maintain high standards of service.

Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
