Key Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CMM programming/operation or relevant technical certification. 3 Years of Aerospace Inspection Experience. PC-DMIS Software Knowledge.

Core Responsibilities
- CMM Programming & Inspection
- Inspect close-tolerance parts in prototype and production environments.
- Develop and optimize CMM programs using blueprints, CAD models, and operation sheets.
- Verify assemblies and components for dimensional conformity.
- Quality Support
- Perform 1st part Quality inspections during production.
- Ensure outgoing quality inspections meet customer and regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project and customer goals.
- Support problem-solving efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Compliance & Documentation
- Develop, implement, and adhere to quality system protocols, including procedures, guidelines, and documentation.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of CMM programming/operation or relevant technical certification.
Skills: Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Familiarity with PC-DMIS software (preferred).
- Familiarity with inspection methods, process controls, and Lean or Six Sigma tools (preferred).
