Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and drive efficiency, quality, and innovation within our manufacturing and production processes. The ideal candidate will analyze workflows, develop process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry regulations while optimizing cost and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, design, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
• Monitor process performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, production, and quality assurance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Implement automation and new technologies to enhance process reliability.
• Train and support production staff on updated procedures and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems and automation tools.
