Movie theatre corporate office looking for a Part-time Accounting Clerk
Primary Responsibilities:
• AP/AR, General Ledger
• Day to Day Bookkeeping work. Must be familiar with journal entries, debits and credits
• Monthly Bank Reconciliations for checking and savings account
• Vendor/Supplier Communications
• Invoice data entry, check processing and scanning
• Miscellaneous other responsibilities as needed
Excellent work environment, NOT a remote position
Requirements
• Experience preferred but not required, accounting major or similar
• Strong Computer Skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Excellent organizational skills
• Microsoft Office experience, intermediate skills in excel required
• Accounting software experience preferred
• Positive Attitude
• Have the ability to work both independently and as a team player
• Demonstrate attention to detail, thoroughness, and the ability to analyze information
