Job Title : Senior Facility Coordinator

Career Stream Tasks
- Support the Facilities Management & Planning programs and policies to meet business needs
- Perform routine Facilities Management & Planning activities in connection to internal staff and external vendors in areas such as facilities security, facilities maintenance & repair, custodial & grounds keeping services, office administration and secretarial services
- Support the Facilities Management & Planning with efficient operations related to examining facilities and evaluating elements, such as HVAC and lighting, for size, condition and suitability and coordinating and implementing furniture, equipment, office and factory layout and moves
- Coordinate the implementation of plans for efficient utilization of space and facilities
