SUMMARY:
The Assistant Condo Relations Manager is responsible for assisting the Condo Relation Manager in taking care of daily duties such as collecting and organizing owner documents, updating reports and our owner relations portal, assure a prompt response to owners needs, while providing the highest level of service to our owner and guests following our corporate and hotel standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire a full understanding of the RMA (Rental management agreement) document.
- Handle owner/unit reservation requests in a quick, accurate, and efficient manner as instructed by manager.
- Assist in maintaining an efficient system of communication between the Owner Relations Department and other hotel departments with particular attention to guest satisfaction.
- Assist in conducting routine audits to detect owners who are non-compliant with the rental policy and follow up as needed.
- Keep a clear and updated record of all new and current owners for scheduled communications.
- Use the sales management system to manage RMA business, including generating/preparing reports, entering business, blocking space, and building accounts. Review Monthly Owner Revenue Reports and statements.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 2 years combined experience in a hotel/condo property of similar size and quality, preferred.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Must be highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends if necessary.
- Possess effective communication skills, and a clear understanding of guest service in a hotel environment
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in hospitality or equivalent, preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish a must.
REASONING ABILITY:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, associates, and external partners.
- Ability to work well under pressure and respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
