Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate plow trucks and snow removal equipment such as skid-steers or loaders.
- Clear snow from commercial properties, including plazas, businesses, condos and similar sites.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly during snowstorms.
- Perform equipment maintenance and adhere to safety guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with the team and address client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- Minimum of 3 years previous plow truck or operation of skid-steer/loader with snowplow experience.
- Availability for work during each snowstorm.
- Understanding of snow removal safety procedures.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness to work in cold weather.
