Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager with a proven background in water filtration or wastewater treatment to join our growing team. This individual will be responsible for business development and rep network expansion across the Southeast and Northeast U.S. regions.
While our corporate office is based in South Florida, we prefer candidates who can work from our office, but we are open to remote candidates with the right experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales growth and develop new rep accounts.
- Manage and support existing manufacturers’ reps.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Provide technical consultation on water treatment systems and solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs.
- Frequent travel required within your assigned region.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally as a Regional Sales Manager.
- Background in water filtration or wastewater treatment is a must.
- Experience managing or working with rep networks.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and technical communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
Compensation:
💼 Base Salary: $90,000 – $120,000
💰 Plus: Commission structure based on performance
