Job Summary: The Business Analyst will play a key role in eliciting the requirements, leading JAD sessions with the business teams, providing support to development & QA teams, Subject Matter Experts. Well versed in agile / scrum processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and
document business requirements for new projects or system enhancements.
• Process Improvement: Evaluate current business processes and workflows,
identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions to increase efficiency.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT
teams, and cross functional teams to ensure smooth communication and
alignment on project goals.
• Documentation: Prepare clear and detailed documentation, including business
requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Testing & Validation: Coordinate or perform testing to ensure that business
requirements are met in the delivered solution and provide support during user
acceptance testing (UAT).
• Project Support: Assist with project management tasks, track progress, identify
potential risks, and help resolve any roadblocks or issues during project execution.
• Training & Support: Provide training to users on new features or processes and offer
ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong understanding of business and impact analysis and software development
methodologies specifically Agile and Scrum
• Experience with any Application Life cycle Management tools such as Azure Devops
/ JIRA, Salesforce
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Experience in the legal industry or similar sectors is a plus.
• Experience / knowledge of MS Powerapps & Systems Integrations
