Job Summary:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with expertise in Microsoft Intune to provide IT support, manage device configurations, and enhance security policies. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Windows endpoint management, and proficiency in deploying and maintaining Intune policies for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
- Configure, enforce, and troubleshoot Intune policies (Windows Autopilot, Conditional Access, Compliance, and Security Baselines).
- Perform software deployment, patching, and update management through Intune and other MDM solutions.
- Assist in Windows imaging and provisioning using Autopilot.
- Resolve issues related to Office 365, Active Directory, VPN, and MFA.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and escalations through ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
- Support BitLocker encryption, Windows Defender policies, and endpoint security best practices.
- Maintain user access management and troubleshoot identity and authentication issues.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for self-service troubleshooting.
