• Automation Support:
o Assist in configuring and maintaining file transfer automation tools like IPSwitch/WSFTP to minimize manual intervention while ensuring operational accuracy.
• Communication and Notification:
o Notify users of file availability or issues and ensure stakeholders are informed of any delays or disruptions in data transfer processes.
• File Transfer Management:
o Manage secure file transfers with adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

• System Maintenance:

Key Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Axway B2Bi, Sentinel Web Dashboard, and CFT for monitoring and troubleshooting file transfer processes.
• Hands-on experience with file management tools like IPSwitch/WSFTP and UltraEdit for configuration and data handling.
• Strong knowledge of scripting and automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages to streamline workflows.
