Contract
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
- Deep dive into client business operations to identify key business drivers and elicit detailed functional requirements through daily/weekly/project-defined frequency connects and workshops.
- Solution Design:
- Translate business requirements into functional requirement specifications by collaborating with development teams, architects, and designers to create effective solution designs.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analytics tools to gather insights, identify trends, and support decision-making processes.
- Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and presentation materials.
- Quality Assurance:
- Review deliverables for accuracy and compliance with business needs, ensuring quality standards are met.
Domain Knowledge:
- Experience with Clinical Operations and Study Start-Up processes.
- Specific experience on Global Study Feasibility, Country, and Site Feasibility Processes including identification, qualification, and selection.
- Strong knowledge on Patient Enrollment Forecasting, understanding on deterministic and probabilistic methods of baselining, tracking, and re-projecting enrollment for a given protocol or therapeutic area.
- Understanding of Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Analytics approach to support the above business process.
General Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in business analysis methodologies and techniques including use of tools like Jira.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
