Location: Wilmington DE / Washington D.C / Dallas TX / Jersey City , NJ (Onsite- 5 days)
Job Description:-
- Completed UKG Pro WFM Certification and UKG Boomi Certification
- Minimum 8 years industry experience in working with UKG WFM .
- Leads all aspects of workforce management configurations, implementations, modifications including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development and support.
- Should interact and gather requirements from business.
- Strong configuration knowledge on various UKG modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
- Possess in depth experience in Interface Development.
- Developing and testing the configurations in Pro WFM.
- Must have experience in UKG Boomi Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer and Transformations Experience in creating data views.
- Knowledge on creating Cross reference tables.
- Provides thought leadership to develop new or improved processes, methodologies, systems, tools and or services to enhance clients operating environment based on practical experience, optimal outcomes and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to tailor communication types and styles to audience.
