Position Title: Sailpoint Developer

Who are we looking for?
Seeking a SailPoint Developer. This candidate will setup, support, enhancements, and application integration/migration of the SailPoint Identity IQ & IdentityNow (7.x, 8.x) system. This candidate will require a strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) including Provisioning, User Lifecycle Management, Access Requests and Approvals, Segregation of Duties (SoD), RBAC, ABAC, Certifications, Compliance, Single Sign On (SSO), Authentication, Authorization, and Connectors. Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At Least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 3 years of experience as SailPoint Developer.
- Experience on IAM architecture, process, and governance development & support in requirements gathering and use case development.
- Install, integrate, configure, deploy, and architect IAM solutions mainly SailPoint IIQ 8.x, and systems to facilitate User Life-Cycle Management, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, Access Certification and Privileged account management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Shell Scripting, PowerShell, JavaScript, Groovy, Core Java, J2EE, J2SE, PL/SQL.
- Knowledge of integration of applications with industry standards using SAML, OpenID, and OAUTH
- Knowledge of ITIL processes; Agile Ceremonies & ALM tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
