Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in multi-channel campaign management, data architecture, and integrations with third-party tools.
Key Responsibilities- Solution Architecture & Implementation
- Analyze business requirements and provide marketing insights across existing and new marketing programs.
- Architect and design solutions that align with marketing automation best practices.
- Test and validate new or enhanced capabilities before deployment.
- Marketing Automation & Campaign Management
- Gather requirements and design customer data mappings and campaign workflows.
- Develop and deploy marketing campaigns using SFMC tools such as Journey Builder, Content Builder, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Implement Next Best Action (NBA) strategies, event-based triggers, and real-time marketing campaigns.
- Work on email studio, mobile connect, AMPscript, dynamic content, and lead management.
- Optimize email deliverability, including IP warming, social studio, and advertising studio.
- Data Management & Integration
- Design segmentation strategies, send management, and reporting mechanisms.
- Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with microsites, CRM systems, and other marketing platforms.
- Implement REST & SOAP API integrations for third-party data connectivity.
- Work with SQL for customer data management and segmentation.
- Best Practices & Client Engagement
- Provide technical recommendations and best practices for campaign execution.
- Support pre-sales and sales teams by defining marketing automation solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders for seamless implementation.
Marketing Cloud Expertise:
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Adobe Campaign, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of campaign management, journey building, and customer data handling.
- Experience with SAP IP warming, Social Studio, and Advertising Studio.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of REST & SOAP API integration with third-party platforms.
- Experience with cloud-based marketing architectures and CRM ecosystem integration.
Digital Marketing Knowledge:
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, DMP (Data Management Platforms), and personalization tools like AEM.
- Understanding of multi-channel marketing, 2nd & 3rd party data integration, and real-time triggers.
Soft Skills:
- Strong requirement gathering and solution design capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
