- Leading the validation effort for the HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll
- Testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation
- Functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing
- Business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)
- Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts
- Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results
- Utilize the Test management tools (HP ALM / Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart / UFT)
- Update customers on the daily status
- Foresee and mitigate any risks in the project roadmap
- Coordinate the team to get the daily deliverables are met
- Over 10 years of experience in testing HCM applications and 5 years of Workday testing
- Expertise in testing HCM Modules such as Core HR, Benefits, compensation, Talent acquisition, Talent management and Payroll
- Hands on testing experience in testing Workday integrations and Payroll validation
- In depth experience in functional testing, System Integration testing & Regression Testing
- Sound Knowledge in Software Testing Process
- Hands on experience in Agile methodology
- Exposure to business development support (Estimations, RFPS, presentations, capabilities building)
- Analyze Functional Specification and Create Test Scenario and Scripts
- Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results
- Fair understanding in Workday Automation leveraging Selenium
- Knowledge on Test management tools (HP ALM / Jira) and Automation tools (Selenium / Kianos Smart / UFT)
- Good Communication Skills
