Job Title: Concierge
Reports To: Business Office Manager/Front Desk Manager
Summary: Our Concierge will provide excellent customer service and hospitality to Residents and Guests. As our Concierge you are passionate about the importance of hospitality, safety, security, and providing a happy and positive impression to everyone you interact with.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- You are the “Go-to-person” for providing a lasting first impression to visitors of the community while balancing and prioritizing many different roles and responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors and guests upon their entrance into the community and when calling by phone
- Deliver professional and courteous communications to families regarding community events, resident supply needs, care plan meetings, and other communications as required
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence including mail and faxes
- Sign for and distribute UPS/FedEx or similarly delivered packages
- Maintains resident rosters and information related to requests from visitors, calls, etc

Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
- One to two (1-2) years of experience in business office support, or other related administrative support role
- Experience in healthcare related environment preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in internet usage, Microsoft word and excel
- You take initiative and are an independent, problem solver; able to de-escalate critical situations
- You can multitask and meet deadlines with maintaining a positive imagine both in person and over the phone to residents and guests of the community
