Assisted Living Caregiver
At GALERON CONSULTING AGENCY, we take pride in providing high-quality home care services across the Southeastern region of Pennsylvania. We serve 113 different townships and boroughs across Bucks, Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties, ensuring compassionate and reliable care for those in need.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Assisted Living Caregivers to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about helping seniors and individuals with disabilities live comfortably and independently in an assisted living setting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and comfort of residents.
- Support clients with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a clean environment.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health conditions to the appropriate personnel.
- Follow care plans as directed by medical staff and supervisors.
- Assist with transportation for residents to medical appointments, social activities, or errands as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, assisted living, or nursing facilities preferred.
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, transferring, and repositioning clients.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to caregiving.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents and families.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans effectively.
- Must pass background checks and health screenings as required.
- Reliable transportation is preferred but not mandatory.

- $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
