We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Attendant Care Workers to join our registry and make a difference in the lives of those in need.
Job Summary:
As an Attendant Care Worker, you will provide essential assistance to clients who require support with daily living activities due to age, disability, illness, or injury. Your role will involve promoting the client’s independence, dignity, and overall well-being by offering compassionate and personalized care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide mobility assistance, including walking support, transfers, and repositioning.
- Assist with meal preparation according to dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, changing linens, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical or mental health to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with medication reminders as per healthcare guidelines.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any observations regarding client condition.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and dependable with a strong commitment to client care.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a criminal background check in compliance with Pennsylvania regulations.
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but not required).
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes as needed.
Job Types:

Compensation:
- $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Pay rates vary based on experience, location, and client needs.
Expected Hours:
- 20 – 60 hours per week
Shift Availability:
- 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
- Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts
