Location: Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties)
Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Temporary | Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 60 per week

Job Summary
As an Everyday Living Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily activities to ensure they live safely and comfortably in their homes. Your role will be to support individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those in need of assistance with everyday tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to help reduce feelings of isolation.
- Support clients with mobility assistance, including transfers, walking, and positioning.
- Assist in medication reminders and ensuring proper adherence to prescribed treatments.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities to promote engagement.
- Ensure a safe living environment by addressing potential hazards and maintaining a clean space.
- Monitor and report any changes in a client’s physical or mental health to the appropriate supervisor.
- Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and agency staff to provide holistic care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience in home care, direct care, or a similar support role (preferred but not required).
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality.
- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to different client needs.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the five-county service area.
- CPR & First Aid certification (preferred but can be obtained after hire).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overnight shifts.
- Must pass a criminal background check in compliance with state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
