Health Care Attendant

We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Health Care Attendants to join our growing team. This role offers an opportunity to provide essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, helping to enhance their quality of life.
- Assist with mobility support, transfers, and positioning to ensure client safety.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying up, laundry, and maintaining a clean environment.
- Remind clients to take their medications as per prescribed schedules.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client’s physical, mental, or emotional health to the appropriate parties.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in home care, personal care assistance, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and assisting clients with mobility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and families.
- Must be patient, reliable, and compassionate with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and follow a client’s care plan effectively.
- Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with state regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).

- Pay Rate: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 – 60 hours per week
- Shifts Available:
- 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
- Morning, afternoon, evening, overnight shifts
- Weekdays, weekends, rotating weekends, and flexible schedules
