We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Home Support Workers to join our professional registry. In this vital role, you will provide essential support and assistance to our clients, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their independence within their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary guidelines and client preferences.
- Administer medications as prescribed, under the guidance of healthcare providers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering positive and meaningful relationships.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as tidying living spaces, laundry, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Monitor clients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns.
- Assist clients with transportation to appointments, social activities, and errands as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving, home support, or a related healthcare role preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong commitment to providing exceptional care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow individualized care plans and maintain client confidentiality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
