Job Title: In-Home Caregiver
At GALERON CONSULTING AGENCY, we are committed to providing exceptional home care services across the Southeastern region of Pennsylvania, including Bucks, Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties. Our services extend to 113 different townships and boroughs within these counties, ensuring comprehensive coverage and support for individuals in need.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals who require assistance with daily activities while remaining in the comfort of their homes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and personal care assistance to clients.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Support mobility by assisting with transfers, walking, and repositioning.
- Prepare meals and ensure dietary preferences and nutritional needs are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and tidying up living areas.
- Monitor clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health, reporting any concerns to supervisors.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Provide transportation and accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Previous caregiving experience in a home care, assisted living, or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred for certain positions).
- Ability to pass background checks and clearances as required by state regulations.
Job Types:

Compensation:
- Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 – 60 hours per week
