Mobility Assistance Aide
Location: Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery Counties)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 60 per week

Job Responsibilities
- Assist clients with mobility support, including walking, transfers, repositioning, and wheelchair assistance.
- Provide safe and secure transportation support within the home and community settings.
- Aid clients with personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any changes to designated personnel.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment, including light housekeeping and organization.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy sessions, and social outings as needed.
- Encourage exercise and mobility routines prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Follow individualized care plans to support client needs effectively.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience in home care, caregiving, or mobility assistance is a plus.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Physical ability to assist with lifting, transfers, and mobility support.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (day, night, weekends, overnight).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred but not required).
- Must pass a criminal background check per Pennsylvania state regulations.
