Job Description: As a Non-Medical Home Care Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting our clients by providing personalized, non-medical care and companionship. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity within the comfort of their own homes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly, disabled, or recovering individuals.
• Assist clients with daily living tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
• Support clients in mobility, including safe transfers, positioning, and ambulation.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and client preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, vacuuming, tidying, and basic household chores.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, social activities, errands, and outings as needed.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions promptly to supervisors.
• Maintain detailed documentation of services provided and client observations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Compassionate and caring attitude toward elderly or disabled clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving (lifting, positioning, etc.).
• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check (individuals with criminal records are encouraged to apply).
• Previous caregiving or relevant experience is beneficial but not required (training provided).

Employment Details:

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
• Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week

Work Location:

• In-person, servicing clients directly in their homes within Southeastern Pennsylvania.
