We are currently seeking dedicated, reliable, and empathetic Personal Care Providers to join our registry and support clients with daily activities that allow them to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Position Overview:
As a Personal Care Provider, you will assist clients who are elderly, disabled, or recovering from illnesses or injuries by helping with daily living tasks. Your presence, professionalism, and attentiveness will directly impact the well-being, independence, and quality of life of each client you serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Help with mobility support including transfers, walking, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition.
- Prepare and assist with nutritious meals, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed treatment plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and isolation.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks like laundry, dishwashing, and tidying up.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social outings as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in personal care, home health, or related field is a plus
- Ability to lift, turn, and assist clients with mobility safely
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to and from client homes
- A caring, respectful, and patient attitude
- Must be able to pass background checks (criminal history considered on a case-by-case basis)
Requirements:
- Valid identification and work authorization
- Willingness to travel within the five-county service area
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
- Completion of any required state training or onboarding programs (we can help guide you)
