Personal Care Support Worker
Location: Serving 113 townships and boroughs across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Southeastern Pennsylvania
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Pay Range: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 60 per week
Work Location: In-person

We are committed to delivering the highest quality care to our clients and are currently seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled Personal Care Support Workers to join our registry and provide personalized, dignified assistance to individuals who require daily living support.
As a Personal Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring they receive respectful and attentive personal care tailored to their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene.
- Provide mobility support, including transfers, repositioning, and ambulation assistance.
- Prepare meals according to client dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe home environment by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and help reduce feelings of isolation.
- Monitor and report changes in client physical, mental, or emotional conditions.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed exercise regimens (as applicable).
- Escort clients to appointments, errands, or social outings, and provide safe transportation when needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in home care, personal care, or a caregiving role strongly preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and patient.
- Must have reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to clients within the five-county Southeastern PA area.
- Ability to pass background checks and clearances as required by the state.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
