We are seeking compassionate and reliable Resident Care Assistants to join our team and provide quality care for our clients in need of daily support and assistance.
Job Description:
As a Resident Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of residents by providing hands-on assistance with daily activities and personal care. You will work closely with individuals who may be elderly, disabled, or recovering from illness, helping them maintain a safe and fulfilling lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a positive and comfortable environment.
- Monitor residents’ physical and mental health, promptly reporting any changes to healthcare professionals or supervisors.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and following safety protocols.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying rooms, laundry, and maintaining a clean living space.
- Support residents in medication reminders (if applicable) and follow care plans developed by healthcare professionals.
- Accompany clients to appointments, social activities, and outings as needed.
- Foster a safe and respectful environment that prioritizes client dignity and independence.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Ability to lift, move, and assist clients safely with mobility needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Must be reliable, compassionate, and patient-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and follow client care plans.
- Background check and references required.

- $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected Hours:
- 20 – 60 hours per week
