Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 20 – 60 per week

We serve an extensive network of 113 townships and boroughs within these five counties, meaning by joining our team, you are making yourself available to help individuals and families across the entire region—not just one location.

We strive to provide the highest quality of care to every client, and we are currently looking for compassionate and dependable Residential Personal Caregivers to join our team.

As a Residential Personal Caregiver, you will be entrusted with the essential responsibility of providing in-home support to clients who may be elderly, physically challenged, or dealing with chronic illnesses. You will assist clients in maintaining their independence and dignity while offering personalized care that enhances their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene.
• Support clients with mobility and transfers, including the use of mobility aids or assistance in and out of bed or chairs.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on individual dietary restrictions and preferences.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
• Help manage and administer prescribed medications as directed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor and document any changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or mental condition, and report concerns promptly.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, dishes, and maintaining a tidy living space.
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities, as needed.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care plans are followed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in caregiving, personal care, or a related field is highly desirable.
• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move clients safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation is a plus.

Requirements:

• Must pass background checks and any required clearances.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability to work morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts as needed.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries.

Shifts Available:

• 4, 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts
• Morning, Day, Evening, Overnight, and After School shifts
• Flexible schedules: Weekdays, Weekends, Rotating Weekends
