Supportive Care Assistant
Location: Southeastern Pennsylvania (Bucks, Philadelphia, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties)

We are currently seeking Supportive Care Assistants to join our team and provide essential care to individuals in need.
Job Summary:
As a Supportive Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients by providing personalized support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities. This position is ideal for compassionate and reliable individuals dedicated to making a positive impact in their community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with mobility support, including transfers, walking assistance, and positioning.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, tidying up, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' physical, mental, and emotional conditions.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Follow individualized care plans to ensure clients receive proper assistance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience in home care, caregiving, or healthcare support is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, such as assisting clients with mobility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client well-being.
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
- Must pass a criminal background check in accordance with state regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Job Types & Pay:
- Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract
- Pay Rate: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 – 60 per week
