Be a Camp Counselor!
Our camp counselors are dynamic, positive individuals who serve as role models for kids living with type 1 diabetes. Their job is to guide kids in creating relationships, connecting with the outdoors, hiking, swimming, making art, and all the things that make summer great.
Housing and meals provided during camp!
Working at an overnight camp is an immersive, all-encompassing experience. As a Camp Counselor, you’ll live in cabins with campers and co-counselors, sharing meals, activities, and the rhythms of camp life. Days are filled with outdoor adventures, as well as quieter moments for reflection and bonding. You’ll take on the rewarding responsibility of mentoring and supervising a group of campers while working closely with co-counselors to ensure campers are safe, engaged, and thriving.

Compensation & Perks:
- Compensation for this position starts at $3,250 for the summer.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 19 years old by the start of camp.
- A high school diploma; some college experience is preferred.
- Commitment to work and live onsite at camp for the entire summer season: June 22-August 16.
- A passion for working with children and some experience in a similar role.
