What are the responsibilities and job description for the Entry Level Customer Service Representative position at Galicia Group?
We are a well-established and consistently growing company servicing Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Diego, and San Jose. We are looking for full-time individuals at our office in the city of Ventura. This person will be a part of our call center operating as the first point of contact for our customers when scheduling service appointments.
At least 1 year of Customer Service experience is preferable.
Responsibilities:
-Answering inbound calls and placing outbound calls.
-Communicating with customers about their appointment times and delays.
-Positive phone presence and attitude.
-Team player who can work independently.
-Reliability / Good Attendance / Punctuality.
-Strong work ethic, initiative, and integrity.
-Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
-Must be able to talk & type on the computer at the same time.
-Schedule appointments for our customers in our dispatching software.
-Answer the phone with a smile in your voice.
Qualifications:

-Multitasking and attention to detail.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Bilingual is a Plus.
